Each team should have a minimum of 2 ladies on the pitch. (3 men + 2 ladies).

We shall be playing 1 round every quarter = 4 rounds.

The winner shall be the team with the most points at the end of the 4 rounds. A win = 3pts, a draw = 1pts, a loss = 0pts.
Where teams are tied, head-to-head shall be considered where applicable, then goal difference goals scored.
